The LDP Model is Cody's model that he has mastered over the past 20+ years and is the basis of his land development company, Allied Development, as well as his real estate educational company, VestRight. It is the process of finding off-market land that has development potential, securing control of that land, obtaining development approvals, and then selling the deal to a home builder of America while paying the landowner 5-10X the as-is value of their land.
